Artesia

Project: Artesia was a residential master plan which included a resort style amenity located close to the corner of SR 951 and US 41 in Naples.

Involvement: Assisted WCI* with the completion and settlement of both underground and paving design related issues in order to finalize and complete Phase I of construction.  Managed the asset through bankruptcy and during the period of construction pause post-bankruptcy.  Assisted WCI in the disposition of Artesia in 2009 as a part of the strategic plan of reorganization allowing WCI to meet its $300M debt obligations within the first 12 months of emergence.

Size: 725 residential units

Manchester Square

Project: A small infill gated community of 117 Single Family home sites, 5,000 SF clubhouse, and a basketball court.

Involvement: Completed design, permitting, and construction of the community’s infrastructure, sales center, and amenity package.  Assisted WCI* in its determination of floor plans, sales and marketing strategy, and pricing.  This was the first community to launch post-bankruptcy.

Hampton Park at Gateway

Project: Gated, master planned community within Gateway which includes a clubhouse, pool, BBQ, and sport court.

Involvement: Assisted WCI* in the design, permitting, and construction of three subdivisions totaling 120 units.  Completed multiple offsite obligations to include large drainage infrastructure projects, perimeter berms, and roadway turnover to the Gateway Services District.

Size: 575 residential units

Tiburon

Project: Large, gated master planned community in North Naples which includes a 36 holes golf course, the Ritz Carlton, and a large clubhouse.

Involvement: Assisted WCI* in the design, permitting, and construction of three separate subdivisions – a total of 146 units priced from the $600’s to over $1M.

Size: 800 acres
